Gift certificate

A LOTSI gift voucher is an elegant solution if you want to be sure of making the right choice. The recipient can choose a piece of jewelry according to their own taste and preferences directly from the current offer on the e-shop.

The voucher can only be redeemed online at the LOTSI e-shop . It is currently not possible to use it in brick-and-mortar stores.

The voucher works in the form of credit. After entering the code during purchase, its value is deducted from the order. If the amount is not used up at once, the remaining credit can be used for another online purchase. In the case of a higher order value, the difference is simply paid. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from purchase.

We ship ordered goods in the following ways:

Orders from €30

Shipping, postage and packaging FREE (Packet courier, Packet delivery points, personal collection)

Orders up to €30

+3.50 € – Packet courier

+2.50 € – Packet dispensing point

FREE – personal collection

Payment methods:

• cash on delivery – €1.40 (not possible for personal collection)
• card payment online - free of charge

each piece of jewelry is packed in a box - free of charge
we are VAT payers
valid for Slovakia

Delivery terms

All items displayed on the site, unless marked "Sold Out", are in stock. We will ship your items as soon as possible, usually the next day after receiving your order.

We usually ship orders within three business days, but in exceptional cases delivery may be delayed.

If you choose in-store pickup, your order will be ready for pickup within three business days.
